I've got this issue too... I had 4 apps update the other day, and now I dont get any live tile updates (But I do get push notifications and Mail / Message notifications just fine) My Battery Level for WP8 doesnt update, neither does Telstra Tracker or AU Weather Pro... I wish I knew which app's...

Doesn't work.. I've tried soft resets, "blocking" all background tasks, and nothing has worked... Hopefully the GDR2 update comes out for Telstra sometime in the next few weeks and fixes this issue for me :(

Just thought i'd chime in and say for about a week now my 920 live tiles also aren't updating (but push notifications works just fine...) I am positive it was when I updated 4 apps last week that the problem started... Problem is, I don't know what four apps I updated!!! and I am way to lazy to...
