Update... after a lot of calls,emails,online chats to sales etc I finally received a reply from the Lumia Promtions team who will be processing my claim offline, just had to confirm name & delivery address. Hopefully I should receive a free dock sometime soon. ☺

Sorry I don't live close the MS store in Sydney to be able to go in and ask about spare batteries for the 950 XL.

Answering my own question.. lol, just got a 950 XL priced matched Optus price in the Microsoft store in Sydney. ☺ The free dock offer actually ends on 31/03 unlike Optus who say the 29/02.
