Try: All Settings > Extras > Touch > Vibrate when I tap the navigation keys. (at the bottom). Strange that yours doesn't. Mine turned itself on with the update.

That's a good question. My BT in the car doesn't seem to be working right since the update. I haven't taken the time yet to see if re-pairing it solves the problem. Overall, my update seems a bit glitchy on the 830. Even after the initial use of an app when it asks all the intro questions...

It still depends on where you live. If you are in a state with a state income tax, you may be legally required to pay taxes on it. I don't know about all states, but the ones I've lived in that have a state income tax also have had laws requiring that you pay taxes on all products bought online...
