Ight. My phone freezes no matter what. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. IT WILL FREEZE. IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX.

Sometimes my phone freezes on me when I touch my screen, but also my screen has to be wet.

I never have Bluetooth on (except when playing music through my home theater), that isn't a problem with me, but you may be on to the data part. I will put my phone into Batter Saver mode all the time, (The heart thing) and see what happens. I don't think that will affect anything though.

It actually might be that the device isn't grounded properly? I have no idea.

Heat doesn't seem to be the problem. See main post, I edited it at the bottom to explain why.

I was thinking the EXACT same thing, but it's not a driver (that's a piece of software that makes the touchscreen function). I would send it back by my screen is cracked... I do plan on purchasing a Nexus 5, or another phone so I can have a phone, then I will take apart the 928 and see what's up.

So, I hard reset my phone with GDR3, and the screen froze all night long till I put it in the fridge. It freezes, but only when it's in the heat. I need to open it up and see what is inside. I have no idea what it is, because sometimes it freezes when it's not in the heat.

I got you https://skydrive.live.com/pagenotfounderror Your phone needs to be developer unlocked. If you don't have a developer account I know you can activate one phone by some method, I forget though. Once that is all done you need to run Application Deployment. That's how I did it.

Guys, I did some digging around and it seems like the HTC 8x is having the same problem... I'm thinking that the driver for the screen is bad.. I hard reset my phone and the screen didn't work at all. I then put it into the freezer (which works 100% of the time for me) and I haven't had any...

Still not working :( WHAT IS GOING ON??? I will remove my SIM card all day tomorrow to see if it still locks up.

Just picked up a tip from the Tubes... Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phone 8: Freeze Issue Fixed. - YouTube He says it is a wifi problem. Just turned mine off and will post back results...

When this happens to me I put it in the freezer till it's cold. Put in a zip-lock back and suck all of the air out so it reduces chances of condensation within the phone. If it doesn't work out of the freezer restart it. If it still doesn't work, put it in for longer.
