I just woke up in the middle of the night to get a glass of water to find that my service provider sent me emails telling me that I've exhausted my data pack. I use a 1 GB pack and it has never run out in my course of having 3G for over 4 years. I go to data sense and, as you might have guessed...

So I recently got my Lumia 830. I've noticed that my battery drains quite fast. Its a fairly new phone so I don't know what's wrong. In one and a half hour it's drained from 100% to 75% and I've been lightly texting (around 2 texts every 20 minutes including WhatsApp). Any help?

Could someone please help me! My lumia 720 is stuck at the gears screen and it hasn't even completed the 8.1 GDR1 update. It's been like that for almost an hour. I don't know what to do. Edit- I tried doing a soft reset (Power+Volume Down) and it comes back to the same screen and just stays there.
