I was looking forward to the release of the new Cerulean Windows Phone. Haven't seen any news since the cancellation of the press event in September. Does anyone know anything about the delay? Is it still coming out?

Just got my email - it shipped! (950XL). Ordered on the 16th about 1:30 pm

I just received this answer on a "chat" at the Microsoft store when I asked about having the 950XL on Wednesday. "There is a huge possibility that you will received this item at the release date also yet there is no assurance"

Did you pre-order at a store or online? When did you preorder? That kind of looks like a pre-authorization. The charge has not really been taken out. It's just "on hold" for 10 days. I say that because the date is Nov 16. This is normal for a credit card company. I hope I'm wrong!

It just dawned on me that it says "Ships by", not "Ships on". This could mean that shipping is continuous and is guaranteed to be done by Nov. 25

The OS level on my 1020 is 10521. That's what it was before this update. Maybe because I got GDR3 as a developer?

This happened to me on 2 of my 900s. When it was plugged in I couldn't get it to boot. I unplugged it and it booted (after trying a few times). It only happened when the battery was dead. It didn't seem to charge after the problem appeared until it disappeared!

I was going to "tip" wpcentral on this, but I just can't find that option on the new site. I do like it though. I just noticed that on the AT&T site, you can "compare" any phone to any phone (up to 5) EXCEPT all iPhones. They do not have the option enabled (wonder why?).
