I had seen this too sadly as far I know it doesn't mean a thing. The RAM is soldered on the board and there likely isn't a way to get to it to add any. I'd suggest looking on you tube to see if anyone has a video of taking it apart to see if there is any remote hope.

You use the same key that came with your Dell. You just need to go to the office site to register the new device and download the install. It's a little troublesome but it does work. Sorry I didn't keep any notes from doing the process but I know you must download it from Microsoft to install it.
