Thanks for the tips. In the mean time I found out the same. However it took a few hours to restore sufficiently. Not nice to relive the whole process at every major update.

Problem solved. Tip from Mswin-forum made me aware of soft-reboot :straight:

Problem is: when I 'push' on the mail- or agenda-square it seems to start up but both immediately return to the start screen. So syncing is out of order. Agenda and mail work fine on my W10 PC.

The Lumia has been logged on and I do not see any syncing errors (where to look for them?)

A few weeks ago my OutlookAgenda stopped right away after starting up and keeps doing so. On the PC Agenda is still available. Today Outlook Mail on my 532 does the same: nothing. It appears to have started since the update from 10586 to 14393. Delete and reinstall is not possible. Hard reset...

I tried both, Recovery and Restart, several times and it did not work out. After return to dealer it appeared to be a hard ware failure. My 532 is coming back after repair today. Hope for the best. Thanks for the tips, it helped to convince the dealer. That's a result too.
