I have that problem now, new Lumia 1320, not second hand and it did not fall down. I was trying to reset it to pass it to my wife, and the spinning gears came on for almost 2 days now. BAttery gets depleted after a while, connected to the laptop to try a sw update, nothing, still gears spinning...

I have exactly the same problem, tried to reset my Lumia 1320 and all I get for the last two days are two wheels running on my screen, tried every possible hard boot trick, nothing.can you help
