It is indeed set to 200%, but is also happening on 150% and 175%. I hope Microsoft will fix this. The Mail app is the one thing I use most on my phone, and the experience right now is far from being user-friendly.

Hi, I'm also from Canada and don't have this issue. However, there's no bottom app bar on the Outlook Mail app. So no button to write a new e-mail or anything... Do you have that issue as well? One note: I changed the zoom factor to 200% (default was 150%, which I found too tiny).
