ok so I fixed the problem. what I did was simply refresh the install but I didn't keep any of the settings or old apps but did keep the files. Once I did that it stopped. it did place a .html file on the desktop of the apps that were removed from the computer and noticed 2 that I didn't install...

I have Windows 10 10159 installed. i upgraded it from 10130. i now having a problem with a command prompt that pops up every minute or so. i cant tell what the pop up is as it is simply a flash on the screen. it is very consistent and annoying.. anyone else? any advice?
