Put the alphabet where the yellow box is located so you can just tap the letter and have it autoscroll the list on the right. Saves a tap since the space is available might as well use it.

Mine isn't working either. I tried pulling the battery, soft reset, waiting for a couple of days, wifi only, cellular only. I tap the store icon, it opens to a blue screen showing only the icon, a couple of seconds the icon disappears leaving just a blank blue screen. Then the app just closes...

No wifi calling and no wifi hotspot. The latter will connect devices but the connected devices can't access the internet. Yes, too bad because the Win10 updates are very slow and don't seem to fix many things. The current release is usable, but not nearly perfect.
