2010 Ford Edge, Sync is updated to current version.

I have a Nokia Lumia 925 running 8.1 and it won't connect via Bluetooth to our Ford Sync. A previous Nokia Lumia 710 worked fine, but the 925 isn't even recognized. Any ideas?
