I am running Win10 mobile on my Lumia 822. I don't know why but Maps turn by turn navigation runs about 20 to 30 seconds behind of where I actually am. I don't have that problem with Here or any other navigation app I am testing for when Here stops working. Anyone else have that problem?

I am having same issue today. Trying to buy an app. Gets to the complete purchase screen then crashes and returns me back to the store.

Re: Best touch/tablet friendly media player You know I must have tried about a dozen media players that are touch friendly. I haven't found one that I really like. Even VLC is quirky/buggy. I am waiting for MX Player to work out the bugs, crashes on start up on Windows 10.

When I use "Call Cortana" the call hangs up too fast. I find I really need to time the question or request before Cortana hangs up on me. Anyone else have this issue?

VLC I think is still too buggy to use unless you are using the desktop version. I guess that still just surprises me too since there are are several metro apps that play video that work very well. My go to is Multimedia 8 on my Dell Venue 8 Pro. I watch a lot of video on the train, so with an 8"...

I'm a long time user of the K-Lite Codec Pack. Have it both on my PC and Dell Venue 8 Pro. However it doesn't work on the Metro side. At least the version I have. Is there a version that crosses the fence? So far I have tried various players and none of them support .mkv while in metro.

I agree. It's funny but I just found out I can cast from my Lumina 822 to Chromecast by accident. I downloaded an app that will allow me to cast, using my phone, video I have on my PC.

Hoosier. I have a Lumina 822. I can cast to Chromecast just fine. Search the Windowsphone store and search for Chromecast.

I have a 822 and I can cast to Chromecast. Go to the Windowsphone store and search for Chromecast. I just installed AV Remote. Works like a charm.

When I call Cortana to ask questions or directions she hangs up after a few seconds. I need to be real quick. Then after she does her thing, hangs up right away. Using Here+ is some what of a pain. Every time a new navigation instruction (turn here) it's like getting a call.
