Still have 640XL which was a great device. But this thread is meaningless because it depends what you you mean by "using" and "working". No features and No apps on this dead platform, so the phone turns on...

X3 is dated hardware that is plasticky and ugly with poor battery life.
If you have to get Windows Phone, get 640XL. It is a beautiful workhorse that blew away my overheating crappy 950XL and crummy X3.
Or just get an iPhone and never be frustrated again...

Edge is beyond horrible. Has features no one has heard or wants while basic stuff doesn't work. No wonder Chrome has taken over. MS project managers are terribly incompetent

After getting an iPhone and realize the absolute crapware that I have been toiling with w10m, I see no reason to check windows central. Dan and others may profess to disagree, but the tech world is really all about phones. This website will disappear...
It's done guys. Wishful thinking won't change anything. It's a phone world now, and there are two options. W10M was a miserable failure. MS has a responsibility to make $ for its shareholders, not resuscitate a loser.

IOS 10 works beautifully, unlike the w10m dumpster fire. Plus, you can call/text favs from the lock screen which replaces pinned contact's in w10m which i liked.
