I've only found mpeg-4 files that Zune could handle. Most of my videos are in a divx or xvid compressed AVI and Zune tried to transfer them to my phone and convert but in the end actually didn't do anything so I've had to convert them ahead of time using handbrake.

I talked with ATTCustomerCare and got my $18 fee waved today. I simply said that I was told the promotion was a free window phone and was never made aware of any additional charge for a new phone and they removed it from my bill.

Perhaps MS should offer some type of commission for the sales clerks to sell Windows Phones. At least then the clerks will want to play with the phones to be able to sell it better :P
