​G'day guys, If your Nokia Lumia has frozen on any screen (as mine froze on the start screen) this is how to fix it without loosing anything. HOLD= CAMERA BUTTON + POWER BUTTON + VOLUME DOWN. It will shut down, vibrate and then turn back on! Sorry if this doesn't work for you but it worked...
