I used normal micro usb cables as well as the one that came with the Surface.

This taskbar at the bottom is one of my biggest issues with Windows 10 on tablets. I HATE IT. Mine does the same thing. The ones I have tried at stores are the same way. I assume this is normal. I don't think this has anything to do with the build or is it a flaw.

System could be anything from a OS level task. It could be many many things. How long has W10 been installed on your system? A lot of System tasks run for a few hours after install and sometimes more.

Yup, I am well aware of that. I generally have 4-6 tabs in Edge and a couple in IE plus the SCCM Console and Outlook 2013 and a few CMRCviewer windows open on my Surface 3. I don't think that is windows just using ram. I can't see me doing that with 2gb.

That's a known issue, I would assume MS will release a fix for it somewhat soon.

I honestly don't understand why MS released one with 2GB. I have not personally used a 2GB model but I frequently have 3-3.7GB used on my S3
