SOLVED FOR AVAST USERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! whenever your windows updates, avast needs to update too, 1st of all, turn avast off manually. Go so avast settings, and update it manualy(cuz it wont update before its scheduled time). When its done it will restart and there you go :) Core of this problem...
