Thanks for the replies! I bought the 521. Looks like a good phone with a good app store! Personally I enjoy my Blackberry Z10, though WP would definitely one of my top choices. Might pick up a 521 as a backup for myself. For the price ($70 new from Amazon) and features not much else comes close.

I'm looking into buying a Lumia 521 for my sister and was curious about warranty coverage. I plan on buying a T-Mobile locked 521 and using it with Simple Mobile($25 talk and text, no data plan) as the provider. If I needed warranty support would I contact Nokia directly? I know I can't go to...
