Yes that problem is gone. They made some major changes about it.

I've tried only several balkan languages, but i can't confirm if it is works on every other group of languages..... So it is maybe just a local discrimination :)

Boris why you are still on GDR3? The real question is whether you'll ever get and when the official update for your CSC. I'm surprised how much patience you have :)

You probably flashed your phone from GDR3 without to GDR3 with ATO csc included. So if that is true you need to flash your phone again but to GDR2 with ATO and than you will get new firmware, because from some reason GDR3 have problem with upgrade. And i suppose that you used this package ''...

Now when i have the newest firmware i think to enable DP again to get the 8.1 gdr2 when it release in the middle of November. Is that smart decision?

Thanks in advice. I don't have a problem with my memory but i spent a lot of time to customize a tons of passwords and users for installed apps... :-) Anyway i'm totally agree with your point of view :-) i'm going to do hard reset...
