SuperTube allows it but you have to record the videos from within the app, meaning you can not grab a video you have already recorded. I know, it doesn't make sense. Unless I am doing something wrong.

I have a L900 so I don't know if WP8 has this already, ability to automatically download images from email and ability to switch to dark mode as well. Ability to tag people when checking in in Facebook. Being able to see call duration in call history.
