Yeah I agree. The best option is to pay MS $320 to have it replaced with a new unit. I just don't have the time to have it exchanged and everything.

Item Description: Up for sale is a SP3 i5 128GB. I dropped it from about 18 inches a few days ago on tile and it cracked the glass :( It has a crack on glass screen that runs from the top left to the bottom right there are a few smaller line cracks around it. It works fine, but it's hard to use...

I fixed mine - went into the Store and went to the Outlook and Calendar app listing. There's an option to update. That fixed it for me. How that helps! :)

Since I updated to the latest build, my outlook email is not syncing. My Gmail and college email sync, but not the outlook. Any thoughts or suggestions? I've tried restarting the phone and resetting it by holding down the power and lower volume buttons. I'm using a Lumia Icon. Thanks!

Hey everyone, I got my Xbox One w/ Kinect back in May. Love it, but I've always wished they'd make a white one. Since the Sunset Overdrive bundle is out, I am considering purchasing it and selling my current Xbox One (while keeping the Kinect). My main concern is that my saved games will be lost...

Absolutely not! Love my Surface 2 w/ LTE. A fantastic upgrade from my original RT. I have quite a few apps downloaded, and they work just fine. But, I prefer to use IE for most things (Facebook, etc...). Like the poster above mentioned, why use an app when the browser beats the app in every way...
