Another poster provided this and it worked like a charm. Go to settings, then cellular, then to add mms apn. Put in the following information: APN: wap.cingular User Name: wap@gprs.com Password: cingular1 Then I did a soft reset (volume and on button together). Did the trick for me.

Love the phone. The only trouble I'm having is with the messaging. I can't download media content is a text message that was sent to me. I don't know if it's AT&T or the phone; another thread said there was an app that could help fix it but it's not available in the AT&T app store.

I'm getting the "Get Media Content Now" message but am unable to download. I'm on AT&T and haven't been able to locate the app mentioned in the above comments. Anybody have any suggestions? Thank you.
