this did not work. microsoft account already linked, she tried adding outlook.com and it took her to sign in, once signed in said already in use or something like that. she is still only able to check emails through website.

my gf's 1520 has not had a hotmail app since she bought it, and even after installing 8.1 preview, still no app! looking in app store, cannot find the stock app. she has to check email through website....

hi, is it necessary to factory reset my phone before and after 8.1dev preview upgrade?

just worries me cause several people said they noticed noise and lesser picture quality.

sorry to hijack thread, didn't i see claims of the picture quality getting worse with 8.1? i also want to go 8.1, but have not yet solely because of the camera comments.

well, never tried the soft reset, it eventually fixed it's self. this phone is definitely a little glitchy, like sometimes when i plug charger into it, the screen gets all distorted. but a quick repress of the lock screen button fixes it. so far no issues that are of major complaint though

so im trying to delete a song off my xbox music library, and every time i try i hit delete, it says loading for a min then closes the app. after that, cannot open the app again, so i reboot and same process all over again. should i soft reset it?

guys, the 5MP + 34MP DNG is the best setting to have it on right? i was using the non-DNG, due to it having a bigger file size i felt like it was a high quality photo. where DNG is like the size of a normal pic, but holds all the top quality it possibly can right? i read it's suppose to be more...

i know right! i literally laughed when i saw the small screen comment. you can say, it's not big enough for what you want in a phone, but calling it small? how laughable.
