ms is in the last half a percentage point of the smartphone marketshare, on their own platform. they do much better at writing apps for other platforms, than they ever will at gaining that marketshare back. <<< that's a hint as to where you can find the apps you need on a daily basis.

platform is not the deciding factor for making money with an application. the number of users that will BUY the app is. just because there are more Android users does not mean they need your app enough to post for it. pick the platform that will have the most potential customers FOR YOUR APP...

pay full price, buy an unlocked phone, and go to straighttalk. it's $45 / month, uses the same towers as ATT/TMO/VW, with exactly the same coverage/speeds.

1 i agree, reddit and wpcentral work very poorly with touchscreens / chrome. the vast majority though, work flawlessly. i'll dismiss that as badly designed websites, not a browser issue. 2 if ads weren't jumping in front of my reading content, i wouldn't block them.... but i doubt 'good' ads...
