Although I don't really mind getting the notification, I do not like it when it both vibrates and makes sound. I would like to keep it quiet. This setting I cannot find.

Upgrading from 8.1 to 10 and it runs much smoother. Although the text is sometimes easier to read on 8.1 (bolder and/or larger). However, I have an annoying issue. I keep on getting wifi notifications, is there some way to turn these of? It's not showing in the notification center settings.
