Mine was blinking on 10586.dontknownumber, so I gave up, rolled back to WP8.1 and waited for Anniversary Update. Now, with Anniversary Update it works OK (2 days). Hope it's gone.

Yes! This happens to me in 2 cases: Before the photo is fully processed by phone it looks like 100x better, but then it completes and it looks washed out. Before Live Image changes to actual photo. I think the postprocessing since Lumia Camera 5 really hurts photo quality. :(

Mine (and not only mine) Fitbit app stopped syncing with my Fitbit Surge. :(

To upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile you need that app. After installing you will upgrade through your normal Settings.

I noticed it first on this photo, it would be so nice without the dots :( I think it's some kind of postprocessing in still images. When I take a video and pick one frame, it's clear.
