Why isn't my Windows Phone recognising that My Family has been set up?

Re: Windows Phone not recognising that My Family has been set up It may be asking you to setup your Family Safety information. Make sure you setup yourself as a parent. Just search for Microsoft family safety and you should get the link to go to.

No Rooms

I reset my phone and family room got reset. Now I've lost the functionality of the family room. It will not allow me to add people, rendering it useless. So if you want to keep the family room, DO NOT reset your phone. I have yet to find a comparable alternative. Please give me your suggestion.

Loudspeaker mic no longer working?

The Lumia 925 has a 2nd mic at the top for speaker phone and dictation. That mic is dead. I've seen this happened on the Lumia 925 before.
