battery isn't the issue. its getting slower to open what few apps I have. some don't open at all.it also randomly force closes. there is no point in keeping the phone if Microsoft is not supporting it anymore.

That might be the camera app for windows. The icon is a 20mp camera but you can only shoot a 16mp jpeg image or a 5mp jpeg or 5mp jpeg + 16 MP dng image, you can't select for a 20mp image.

It will not work on Verizon. Even with an already active sim, the phone can't connect to the network, I believe people have tried using a Verizon sim in the demo units. If you took it to Verizon they would probably turn you away. From what I heard is that Verizon has to add it on there end so...
