Wouldn't it be safer first to find a solution to your first problem and then continue to upgrade your device to avoid future errors? Have you tried running the program with admin rights first or compatibility trouble shooter?

Have you downloaded all the necessary drivers for the device in question? For example the your phone or Bluetooth speaker? I would suggest looking in your device manager to see if the drivers are still there, if so you can disable and re enable the device in question to see if that has any effect.

Did you try using your phone to initiate the connection using the device hub?

Are you sure that your devices are properly paired? I'm not sure about other Laptops but in devices and printers at control panel I have 2 Lumia devices shown I believe one is for accessing PAN and the other would be to project my screen or file share.

When asking for help please reveal as much details about the problem/issue as possible the less question anyone has to ask you the better and less frustrating it is to figure out where to start looking for a solution.

I'm not sure if your phone has a more deeper issue but I have read when ever an app is being updated your phone will either temporarily disable the app functionality or probably the phone it self.

shayanr if your concern is more apps and games then surface 2 is not what you want, if your main concern is study focused then by all means purchase the surface 2. If you understand your own needs then this should be an easy choice for you, more options versus productive.

I would buy it as if it doesn't cost the same as the newer model X1, the 360 is 8 to 10 years old now and paying above 200 is a no no in my book.
