Does anyone know of a way to solve this issue? I've manged to delete my Lumia 930 from My Phones and I can't seem to find a way to add it back.

Am guessing this is standard practice. At end of the day no-one in the UK will have any stock until 17th so it doesn't really make any difference if they are taking pre-orders whilst the carriers aren't.

As mentioned previously I work for O2. Unfortunately it doesn't surprise me one bit that chat advisor gave you the wrong information. Happens far too often in my experience :( Sorry you had you hopes raised for no reason. Should be out very soon though.

Very odd. I was using Chrome to look at the page and it says Coming Soon. When I go to the same link in Internet Explorer it says Pick a Tariff. However, if you click on Pick a Tariff it just flashes up 'This phone is coming soon' and then takes you back to the main page. Still don't think...
