A month plus on and no one? Mine has been trying and trying to update, and hits the dreaded "not enough room for ramdisk" error. I've deleted everything I think I can off of C: and still no go - grrr. Hoping someone has a suggestion for a fix.

Its the hit and miss aspects of the browser part of W10m that frustrate me the most. IN THEORY if you live where you can be 100% connected to the web all of the time, the browser stuff seems great - but if you travel out in the country where you can't get a signal at all - a lot of stuff dies...

No. but you will still want to have the drivers for Win 8 ready for it as needed. On my laptop, I went from Win 7 to Win 10.

processor alone isn't the issue. It's all the related pieces that may cause issues. Driver issues are the biggie. You need to make sure that you have good working Win8 drivers for everything your computer has - THAT will determine it. But that processor will do it (if everything else does).
