I have the same problem. It already happened with older versions of WP 10. Checks with other brands were ok.

Hello, My headphones switch, that is when you put the plug in, the loudspeaker is automatically stopped, didn't completely survive my holidays. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Do I have to bring it to the phone shop or is there an easy cleaning device for a simpler method?
