Hi Michael, I upgraded to Win10 yesterday via the Insider App and posted my Lock/Start screens here.

Yep, you're right! There seems to be no way to uninstall Outlook on the phone... you can do it on the desktop via Powershell. The Store just tells me the app is installed and there's no option to update it or download it again. Update... So, I've just done another Hard Reset and this seems...

Okay, the Notification & Action Center seems to be the problem... good catch! The problem is, there doesn't seem to be any way to add the Outlook Calendar to the Notification Center!

Hi Michael... how did you create your Home Screen? I want to do something similar, I have my Wallpaper loaded, but when I shrink my tiles and rearrange them like you have, my screen is black/blank where there's no tile! I'm running Win8.1.
