Not sure what you mean. Are you saying that intelligent dial works only on contacts that are listed in the history and not on all contacts listed on your people application? How do you use it to search? Did you type first letter of name, then space, then letters of last name? It in this case...

Is it listed in the ringtone drop down list? What format is the ringtones?

Probably corrupt card or a file system error. Take out the SD card and read it on a pc. Use a software such as Recuva. If PC can't read the card *Don't* format it. You will need other software to fix it.

Contact should already be synchronized to your Microsoft account. Did you used Hotmail or outlook.com? Check through a browser in people tab.
