all are HDR shots. for the trees, nothing really special. purpose of that is to show how well exposed the tree from the dark/bright area was, without loosing details. actually the dynamic range itself is pretty good for this phone. look at the difference between the two, you can't really tell...

those were bracketed shots of 5 photos at difference exposures on a tripod, then i merge them via HDR software with some post process to get a more punchier effect and colors.

HDR Mall HDR Super Tree, was taken almost pitch dark except the Super Tree was mildly lit. Lumia 1020 make it possible to take such pitch dark photo.
