Re: HTC One M8 for Just .01 The HTC One M8 has dropped to ~$300 in the NYC area new on Craigslist. I'm not sure I'd engage in a contract considering even the $300 difference.

I'm an Android guy and honestly will not use such a phone until Windows Mobile is of the same caliber. However, I am very impressed with this phone and WinMo. The Lumias seem very durable vs. say my flimsy LG G2 (2 screen replacements) or the LG G3. Note however that these AT&T GoPhones DO WORK...

Based on experimenting with family members and friends, WP is the easier to learn. The UI is very clean, minimalist and focusing on readability. iOS is a close 2nd, and Android is the most difficult. (due to the wide range of customization depending on manufacturer)

I'm not sure how many people here are from the UK as they would be able to confirm if this is a good deal. However, where is this deal for 299?

Windows is not better than Android in any way. However Windows mobile may be: - More straightforward, simpler, easier to use - More readable due to the simplicity of the OS and apps

Be careful that since AT&T also finances phones now..you may buy a phone and find out 3-4 months later that AT&T blacklisted it forever. I had this issue with T-Mobile.

Interested also. Come on smart ppl. Some android phones (LG i believe) actually has this feature.

It would be interesting to see 'durability' become a more serious review effort. I bet Lumia's would do very well there vs. these flimsy Android phones.

I don't think Microsoft is profiting from Windows Mobile yet. It's still relatively a gamble for them..

You can use the $99 Nokia 520 on T-Mobile as well. Or therefore any of the prepaid resellers under these 2 networks.
