thanks for the feedback. However I did not change how the current action center works. The notification system is still the same. the only differences with the existing action center are that there are 5 instead of 4 'quick actions' available and that there is no 'clear all' button anymore...

I like how you tried out a new way to make the notification center work. Like others pointed out, I think it's indeed a better idea to make it fill the whole screen to make it less busy. I also did a redesign of the existing action center. Check it out if you like :)...
