It can be reset through your online windows account as well. Where all registered devices are shown. I think its the LOCK phone feature. (Unable to check as if now)

Horrible reception indoors?

Depends on few things - using a dedicated sim (not a trimmed one). lodge a network complain with the service provider. (Will get closed saying deep indoor usage, unable to provide optimization)

Since i work for a network provider in India, i completely agree. TD LTE - 2300mhz, band 40 not supported by L 1520 -RM 937
