Mine seems to be getting locked in sleep now after the firmware update. I've had to force power cycle it 3 times in the past 2 days. Also my mail tile stopped updating. It's just one thing after another with this thing...the S3 on Windows 10 is simply a POS.

Yeah, I accidentally put the charger in the display port a couple weeks ago and bent a pin, so I'm guessing my display port won't work anymore (I have never used it). It's a poor design for several reasons. Ideally, I'd prefer a standardized magnetic connector with USB on the other end.

Microsoft has been having store issues since 8.0. Why they still can't seem to figure out something that has never, ever, failed me on other platforms is beyond me.

You should read some of the other threads here. Windows 10 has completely ruined the Surface 3. It is laggy and glitchy and Edge is barely usable. Battery life is deadful. It is, quite frankly, the worst OS update I've ever had in any device. I know it's not a Pro. Speed is not the issue...

Well I don't care so much about the specs. The 3 woefully underperforms with Win10. After an RT and a S3, I just want a Surface that lives up to expectations and isn't a dog, and that's all about making Windows an efficient mobile platform. I don't think I'd give Microsoft another chance...
