Out of the box my 1020 battery was great. Now I have to charge it during the day so it won't die before 6:00 p.m. I'm not a very heavy user and assume its some app I downloaded. About to restore and see if that helps.

After spending the entire past week constantly checking on my order, Microsoft decided to cancel it, stating that the line I was upgrading wasn't eligible. Which isn't true. I just got home from my local at&t store with a yellow 1020. Thanks Microsoft!!!

That's what I'm thinking about doing. You have 30 days, I believe, to return your device to the AT&T store and still keep your upgrade eligibility (though they may charge you a restocking fee). I did the same thing last year when I "test drove" a Galaxy S3 and returned it when I didn't like...

That's a thought that has crossed my mind. I also have another number on my account with an upgrade available. ; )

I ordered Thursday so we may be in the same boat. Sucks... Heading to Vegas on Sunday and REALLY wanted to have the phone for the trip.

I called yesterday and they tried to assure me that the carrier approval would be handled as soon as they received the devices. Gonna call again...

Does anyone else only have one checkmark?
