I do have a one drive account. And there is a back up stored on there. But its not loading it.

I had the same issue on the VZW M8. I had to download Here Maps and Here Drive to have voice directions. Its almost 2015, you would think they would have a map service that was worth a dam.

Let me put it this way, I wouldnt leave VZW for ATT or ATT for VZW just because of an update. Especially 8.0 to 8.1.

Only carrier I would switch to is ATT, but I am MASSIVELY fast ever where I am at. So no sense in me leaving because of an update.

So it sucks because you dont have an update. I will take the best coverage (here in miami at least) over a update. What good is a phone with the latest OS, Hardware, Software, if you are dropping calls or cannt access the internet.

Here in Miami nobody can touch VZW or ATT. My dad had T-Mobile and my brother has Sprint. They are both garbage and the price is about the same. Its not like your saving 30-50 bucks a month. They do, I did this weekend. Was away from Android for far to long. WP isnt changing overnight and they have alot of changing to do. Didnt VZW drop WP's at one point? Wonder if they are trying to do the same thing again. Tell you the truth I dont remember seeing any WP on display at the VZW...

What do you do in particular? I just left WP 8.1, after having 3 WP phones, because, I think, that is way behind Android. My biggest issue is, IE, IT SUCKS. To top it off there isnt a better IE app on WP. For what I use it for, Android is a way better experience for me , but everyone is different.
