    [Issue] DV8P WiFi Woes

I've had the V8Pro about 2 months, and no WiFi problems here. After reading about updates causing random issues, I decided to run the V8Pro without any Microsoft or Dell updates other than defender, and its been working great for me...

Touch Pro available on verizonwireless.com now

my guess is, they eliminated a few keys to make the keys larger (more usable?)... a few days with the device and you guys will get used to it (IMO)... but the locked gps, decreased memory & cosmetic changes would tick me off more than anything...

Touch Pro available on verizonwireless.com now

I was kinda mad that sprint axed the original battery cover, but I guess I should be happy that they didn't turn Angelina Jolie into Rosie O'Donnell like Verizon did... Verizon took all of the TP's sex appeal away... how much multi-tasking can wm do with 28mb free

    Round Robin: Jennifer's Fuze questions

It probably is standard on Premium, Business, & Ultimate... But Vista basic is a stripped down version of Vista, theres alot they left out, and they are always urging you to upgrade to get the bells & whistles... sht, if anything I'm gonna downgrade to xp comparison chart...

    Round Robin: Jennifer's Fuze questions

This thread made me give it another shot... I had the sync center shortcut in the control panel, but I didn't actually have the sync software on my laptop (vista basic)... once I downloaded the WM Device center software, everything synced up fine

    Round Robin: Jennifer's Fuze questions

Web browsing with the Touch Pro

link to link is hit or miss with operamobile... sometimes if you get too close to the navi control it will cause the page to zoom in or out... now I browse more with my thumb than the d-pad, thats totally opposite of how I browsed with my treo... but once you learn the thumb tap & swipe...

Web browsing with the Touch Pro

I agree especially for sites like washingtonpost.com or the non-moblie version of treocentral.com with my treo it would take me lots of scrolling to see the whole page... but operamobile gives you a desktop like experience similar to the iphone..
