Try Proshot app, it gives you an option to shoot in 34 MP alone. Its a paid app, you can give it a try and purchase if ur interested. Also, Camera360 Sight has this option.. You can check it out too.

The latest update has added 2 resolution options. 5 & 33 mp. I'm yet to compare the shots. Its definitely faster than the Lumia cam & pro shot.
