There has been discussions about this. But I think I can pretty much confirm this to be true. After updating my brand new Surface book to Creators Update, Edge suddenly started using alot of CPU. Causing my Book to get warm very fast. Even without running anything else than one simple website...

Then why am I able to stream with cast from youtube from this very surface book? It just needs to connect with my Toshiba tv somehow. I am uncertain exactly what technology it is using. But either cast/miracast, widi or DLNA.
