Is JAWS compatible with a windows phone

Thanks for that. I know that he does not think that narrator works that great on his PC with a physical keyboard but I recall that the big update coming focuses on improvements to Narrator etc so hopefully they will be part of the WP10 experience too as well as on PC's and Surface Pro's .Windows...

Is JAWS compatible with a windows phone

Hello, a colleague at work was asking me if JAWS screen reading software is compatible with any of the windows phones. The most likely choice for him would be the 950 rather than the 950xl due to the size. But he is very happy with windows 10 on his PC so is drifting away from the Apple...

What happens when Microsoft loses your phone?

Still no answers from Microsoft, I now believe that they just don't care. I'm seriously considering leaving MS mobile and going elsewhere if I have to foot the bill to buy a new phone.

What happens when Microsoft loses your phone?

Hello, I have (had) a L930 which | returned for servicing while still in warranty. I sent it to the repair centre in Hungary from the UK using the shipping label provided and despite the UPS website showing me a receipt of delivery, MS are stating that they cannot find my phone. Any idea what...

    MS Band Users on Strava

I had major issues on two long runs. On MS health the times were fine but the strava data shortened the moving time from 1h45m to 32mins so my average pace was very wrong. A friend had a look at the gpx files from strava and noticed that instead of taking a measurement less often and losing some...

Lumia 930 microphones test application - FINAL SOLUTION

Thanks for this. I ran the test on my phone and all the microphones were fine. Despite sound being there it still very low on video recordings. Though to be fair I have so rarely recorded video that it doesn't impact me too much. There are no audio settings in the W10 camera app so perhaps there...

L520 L1520 - which I gave to my mother L930 I was tempted by the 950and 950XL but as my 930 works well enough for me I shall wait and see what the Surface phone looks like when released.

Trade up your old Microsoft Band and get ?70 OFF on Band 2!

I was going to hold off until after new years but damn, that is so tempting that I took the bait and pre-ordered.

How many times have you had to get your band fixed?

I did get it when it was launched in the U.K. I wear mine quite alot of the day, though if just sitting indoors I'll put it on charge. Sync is hit and miss occasionally but overall I am happy with it.

How many times have you had to get your band fixed?

I have had mine replaced once after the screen went wrong. I was caught in a heavy rain storm and water must have got in there. Took just over 3 weeks as I had to send mine to the European returns centre and get a replacement sent to me as I live in the U.K. which does not have a physical store.

Would you honestly buy another Microsoft Mobile?

I probably will. I started with an L520 which was cheap, then bought a L1520, which after year felt just too big so replaced with an L930. I will wait until I can see the WP950 in the flesh until I decide on getting one, but it wont be immediate because I'm happy with my current phone and I'll...

    Waterproof - not officially but....

I managed to get a replacement. I suspect it may be refurbished because it was not in an original box but it looks brand new with no marks, however there is no screen protector included so I'll have to get one.

My screen on my microsoft band doesn't work. How do I send back to get fixed?

Go to the Microsoft band website > sign in > goto warranty and repair > click schedule service >you can then speak with an agent describing the problem > an unresponsive screen will need sending back so they will email you a return slip to print > put band and cable in a small box attaching...
