It is a class 10 card and the problem was with the recording not the playback. I moved some of the videos I recorded from the card to phone storage and they still have the skipping issue

I am having this issue with WhatsApp on my Lumia 950 xl where the notification sounds settings automatically rest to none. This happened twice so far and I'm not sure what causes it. All other apps have their settings intact except for WhatsApp Did anyone suffer from the same issue.
