yes, thats what i use but as i said, with this particular number the option to block caller doesnt come up

i have a nokia lumia 520 (at&t gophone) with the cyan update. im familiar with blocking calls from call history (holding, tapping block number, confirming). but i have one number that i cant block, and by any measure would be considered harrassment at this point. i get at least five voicemails...
