Yes, it's awful. Low quality, grainy and dark in anything other than optimal conditions. Led to me rolling back to 8.1 prior to a holiday as I wanted decent pictures

It used to go full screen automatically, but hasn't recently. A shame. It seems like OneDrive can no longer upscale video. Hope they change it back to the way it was.

Personally I would recommend a hard reset AFTER you've updated to Windows 10. This seems to clear out the cache and made things run far more smoothly for me on Win10 on my 1020. (I actually used the windows phone recovery tool, upgraded to the latest 8.1 the hard reset, re-added Win Insider...

Hi TechFreak THe video only shows the guy using the Nokia Recovery Tool which is failing with me, with Error 0x80131500 every time. Dead end I'm afraid unless you meant another video? Thanks, ​Rich

Yep, tried a hard reset already. It never gets to the cogs/gears. I get the exclamation mark and the phone resets but then all I get is: Splash screen -> Bitlocker screen ​...and then it goes no further

What happens if you go to "Settings --> Applications (swipe sideways) --> photos + camera" and hit the "reset camera" button at the bottom?
